AUTOMATION

We work with leaders in the automation industry, whether manufacturing their own products or providing custom designs for others. Our customers need everything from simple brackets and electronic enclosures to complex exterior sheeting to finish the job. Product may need to be housed in an environmentally clean airtight cabinet with scanning laser openings, or just a dust cover. We specialize in corrosion resistant materials, including Stainless Steel, powder coated, plated, and anodized metal. Surface finishes range from raw material and custom grained to polished surfaces with laser engraving. 
 

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

Medical equipment demands very tight component tolerances. Finish is critical and external graining, plating, and painting are all very important. We're experienced producing parts with tight joints and a perfect interface between composite, cast poly, or plastic parts. CHIP MANUFACTURING

We have extensive experience working with large manufacturers of silicon computing chips. We fabricate a wide variety of fabricated frames, internal bracketry, enclosures, external skins, and components used in manufacturing and testing equipment. We commonly provide laser engraving and can precisely machine parts from a variety of materials from powder coated mild steel to electro polished stainless steel.
 

3D PRINTING

You require fabricated frames and sub-structures. Your internal bracketry is very material specific and diverse in each of your products. Your components require many inserted fasteners. You require the highest quality finish regardless of the process, and in many cases have highly detailed graphics that showcase your product.
